Whatcom Waterway Remediation Written up in IDR

The Whatcom Waterway, a hardworking channel just off Bellingham Bay, has played host to heavy industry since the mid-1900's. American Construction completed work on a long-anticipated clean up involving remediation dredging and land-based construction work.
