Eastside Treatment Plant Outfall Replacement

Remove approximately 250 LF of an existing 20-inch outfall pipe and replace it with a new 36-inch outfall pipe.  The work includes sheet pile shoring, excavation, backfilling and the installation of an end diffuser check valve.
